• The works of art in our collection are one-of-a-kind with natural variations in material.

• The uniqueness and special handling can require 10 business days or more for shipment. If the arrival of your purchase is required by a specific date, we request that you notify us for confirmation before your purchase.

• We may arrange for partial shipments based on availability and location.

• Item descriptions and specifications are approximate.

• Special care is recommended to ensure lasting quality.

RATES

• Prices displayed are quoted in US Dollars.

• Payments are processed upon order confirmation.

• Shipping costs are based on weight and location and are added at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Orders generally ship within 10 business days. Special orders can take up to 3-4 weeks.

• If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email info@themorstudios.com as soon as possible and refer to the return policy if your order has shipped.

RETURN POLICY

• If you would like to return an item, please request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 5 days of receiving your order.

• You may request an RA number by email to info@themorstudios.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Your item must be return shipped with a tracking number and insurance for the purchase price within 5 days of receiving your RA number.

• Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment.
